Test adapter for incircuit- and functional test of printed circuit boards
This adapter is conceived as a pneumatic 2-stage test adapter for in-circuit and function testing. The toggle lever mechanism ensures high contact forces and extremely precise parallel acting contact stroke. Pneumatic contacting possible on both sides. The precision ball guides guarantee a height contacting accuracy. Another advantage is the quick change of specimen mounts and contact pin carrier plates.
The base frame in the lower part of the device could be used to integrate the measurement equipment, keyboard and the control unit.
The entire adapter can be removed with the interface allowing optimum accessibility to the rack and the adapter.
The MTS 30 interface is wired directly with ribbon cable, other test connection systems are possible.
