Minos SD delivers all the functionality of a safety relay, and only 6.8 mm wide into the bargain
The modules offer isolated separation of high loads, with maximum switched 250 V(AC/DC) at 6 A. All modules of the series possess four status indicators for exhaustive diagnostics.
The entire common operating modes are possible: with and without cross-circuit detection, automatic or manual start. An additional PNP signaling output to drive a display light or forward a signal to a PLC is also possible. In this way modules can be implemented from classic emergency stop and safety door supervision through to secure contact reinforcement of PLC outputs. The product group is type-tested up to category 4/PL e after DIN EN ISO 13849 and SIL 3 after EN ISO 62061.
Minos safety modules also comply with standard requirements for furnaces and process furnaces after DIN EN 50156-1 and DIN EN 746-2 plus IEC 61511 of the process industry.
